Top 8 from Our Registry
Shopping around for baby needs is overwhelming, so many people tell you what you should be purchasing. While this is our first baby, we have been fortunate enough to gain some expertise from other moms and from taking care of some babies in foster care. If you are wondering what to add to your baby registry here are some ideas!
After making our registry, multiple moms shared that getting a bouncer was a must to have a place for a little ones. We like the sleek wooden base and gender natural coloring of this bouncer.
With all the items we've shopped for to put on our registry we've looked for items that will last and grow with our baby and even our next babies. There are many types of tub but this one is incredibly convenient.
This has to be one of the coolest inventions I have ever gotten to use. Imagine the convenience of getting to have a clean personal highchair to use wherever you go! Watching my sister use this with my nephew made it a must have for me.
There are so many options for what to choose for the rocker or glider in the nursery. Personally I love the thought of having a classic wooden rocker. Plus from my experience and research these classic rockers are more durable and last longer than newer electric or upholstered gliders.
Nothing soothes a baby like a sound machine. Imagine the challenging transition of going from soothing sounds of a muffled world in the womb to the loud bustling world on the outside. We have yet to own one of our own, in the past we used our phone but I know this will be a helpful tool. Many of our foster kids have loved our Hatch Rest+, we know this portable one will be know different.
Humidifiers help alleviate dryness in the air, they keep nasal passages moist (which reduces congestion), prevents dry skin, and create soothing white noise. Taking care of sick babies has taught us that humidifiers are essential to helping little ones feel better when they are not feeling well. It's also beneficial in the dry winter months to help their skin remain moisturized.
When shopping for a high chair we wanted one that could grow with our little man. This high chair can be used to help have a place for your little one before they are sitting up and eating on their own. It also helps little ones grow from the high chair to a chair at a kitchen table.
We hope that as you prepare for your little one to arrive that our top 8 help you. As you search for the best items that work for you, I hope our experience helps as you do your personal research. We will continue to update you on how we enjoy these and other products as we welcome our little man.
